Mental Health Awareness

I suffer from depression as well as lingering issues from my health issues of the past several years. It has been long, slow slog. I am trying so very hard. I have support from friends and my chosen family but they can only do so much. On the advice of my therapist, I started a blog about my journey in the hopes of raising awareness and letting others know that they are not alone.

Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month I thought I would send this out into the universe and see what happens. Where will the money go? I will donate a portion of the proceeds to NAMI https://www.nami.org to support that great organization. The remainder will be used to support my own smaller efforts as well as allow me to live, frankly.
