About this campaign

Please help us send 4 post treatment thrivers on a mission overseas this summer to educate students about life after cancer.

2015 200x200 How To Kick mAss 1_edited-1jpgIn the 1500s the Catholics established missions all over the world to promote their beliefs.  Since 2013, mAss Kickers Foundation has been traveling around the world on a “thrivership missions” to promote a proactive life after an intimidating tumor/cancer diagnosis.  In 2013, 3 post treatment thrivers lectured at the University of Hawaii – Manoa School of Social Work .  Later in the year, 2 American survivors traveled to Tokyo, Japan to meet up with Japanese survivors from "Japan for LiveStrong."  Later in the trip, the 2 American survivors and 1 Filipina survivor lectured to undergraduate pre med students at Ateneo De Manila University about their unique perspectives living life after their diagnosis and treatment.  In 2014, 3 American survivors lectured to PhD candidates and faculty at National University, Singapore: Cancer Science Institute.   In 2015, we are planning on taking 4 American survivors overseas to share personal experiences and to be examples of life after a tumor or cancer diagnosis.   Please support our program to educate healthcare providers and scientists about life with an intimidating tumor/cancer diagnosis and the “humanizing” results of their life’s work.  Please purchase a Tumors Suck t-shirt to financially support our project and share a picture/video of you wearing your shirt on various social media outlets like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, YouTube, or Pinterest.
