In loving memory of Isaac Matthew Rhodes

Isaac was born on November 19, 2011 with congenital diaphragmatic hernia. He was in the NICU almost 7 months after birth. He came home with a trach and feeding tube (a few months later had a feeding tube placed in his belly). He had plenty of hospitalizations from any sicknesses. He had his trach removed July 30, 2014. He had his feeding tube removed in September 2014. He was doing so great. He passed away on January 5, 2015. If you want more of his story please contact me at shelbyrhodes93@gmail.com
