About this campaign

At just 11 weeks old, Meredith Grace had her first open heart surgery. In honor of my CHD warrior, I want to raise awareness (and some money) with these shirts. Help us get the word out, and let other CHD families know that they're not alone. All funds raised over her medical bills will go to Ronald McDonald House :)
