About this campaign

We are raising money to support our project participants in different countries to help spread and promote mental well-being!!!

We provide a unique curriculum that is based on neuro-scientific and biological findings and utilizes techniques such as body movement, yoga, breathing, and meditation to help people manage high levels of stress and create peaceful communities.

This campaign will support our project in Liberia. After a long history of war and conflict, Liberia faces many challenges related to mental wellbeing. We have trained kids in school and we are now fundraising to train key leaders and staff in ministries of gender, children, youth and sports, and in the main local NGOs in Monrovia, so that they can continue replicating the program. The methodology use will be training-of-trainers so that the tools and experiences can be delivered as widely as possible to the groups they work with daily.
