iBee's Journey To Bikini Competition!

Hey everyone! My name is Bianca and I am a professional dancer,dance teacher and also aspiring fitness trainer from Miami,FL. At a young age, I was adopted and had the privilege to grow up in a diverse family, which intrigued me to be interested in different foods and how they affected your body. My father being a diabetic, really pushed me to want find out more about the causes and affects of internal illnesses that are hereditary or those that can be caused by lack of knowledge of nutrition & physical activity. I have always been an athletic individual involved in different activities such as Swimming, Karate, Cheerleading & Dancing. By me being very involved and competitive,these lifestyle moments led my passion more in the direction of wanting to embark on a fitness journey... I need your help,in order to push this fitness journey to the masses and to be able to help others in need of fitness guidance & nutrition counseling. I would like to encourage other young women,especially mothers who have become discouraged about their weight. After having my daughter, I was very successful at retrieving my ideal pre-pregnancy weight and size,and now I am even more toned. I want to inspire others with the fitness journey to let them know that someone cares and there is still hope left for them to reach their fitness goals for their health sake. In my life journey,I have learned that,no matter what you do,you have to consistently work hard at it,my journey has not been easy,but through my experience and accomplishments,I can smoothly assist others into their transition of fitness!
