O.R.Y. Women realizes there is an ever-increasing disconnect between the older women and the next generations in many communities, all across the country, and world-wide. Thus, O.R.Y. Women decided to reach back and take the hands of young women, teens young ladies, and connect them with spiritually mature older women in the community to provide them with true spiritual empowerment tools, equip them with basic life skills, resources, and share wellness information with them.
It is part of our community development effort to reduce barriers and bridge gaps, that makes accessing information and resources difficult, by offering a centralized location and/or event where many service providers from different organizations and businesses, are made available to participants, that will help build confidences, stabilize living situations, and provide economic-growth opportunities for low and moderate young women and teen young ladies.
OUR
MISSION:
To
speak to the need for information, spiritual support, and development in the
lives of young women and teens. To encourage personal responsibility and
cultivate basic life skills. To provide mentoring for young lives through
building bridges, creating opportunities, strategic connections, and
collaborations; that promote improving education, health and wellness, personal
growth, and financial empowerment. To enhance the quality of young lives,
through our mature advocates who support self love, spiritual enrichment, and
protection, of our young women and teen young ladies in communities today,
tomorrow, and in the future.

I love the mission how they help the new generation of women to be ladies.
What a difference an organization like this would have made in my life-back then.... We all can benefit from mentors at any stage of our life. Happy to support the wonderful caring lady Lisa Bell.
Great Organization!
Young women are under-served and often overlooked . We must recognize and try to address their needs to help them become strong, productive and spiritually fit members of society. They will be role models for their children.
