Did you know that 64% of our nation's law enforcement officers are US military veterans? Many more LEO's are currently serving as active reservists. Help us honor these #HEROESx2 by wearing our tribute tee shirt on VETERAN'S DAY, November 11!! Join the Blue Alert Foundation & Blue Line Across America on November 11 as we honor these HEROESx2.
Funds from this campaign will support the National Blue Alert Foundation. The Foundation is not only the creator and maintainer of the National Blue Alert System. The Foundation raises funds to assist families of fallen Officers, it raises funds to purchase needed safety equipment and in the past year has purchased numerous ballistic vests for K9 Officers.

The Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu National Blue Alert Actwas signed into law in May of 2015. It will assist in the apprehension of violent criminals who have injured or killed police officers or who have made an imminent or credible threat to cause serious injury or death of a law enforcement officer. This bill is named in honor of two New York City Police Detectives, and NAPO members, who were assassinated while sitting in their police patrol car in December 2014. Their killer posted threats to law enforcement on social media before the attack. Implementing a nationwide Blue Alert system will help to ensure that information on credible threats, like those posted by the individual who killed Detectives Ramos and Liu, is widely disseminated so that officers have advanced warning, and can apprehend the criminal before he or she can do more harm.
