About this campaign
Bailey has a terminal disease called Menkes the family has been in the hospital out of town sense oct 28th, they were in Washington D.C from oct 28th to Dec 3rd. Bailey was flown by air ambulance on dec 3rd to Shreveport LSU medical center we she is in the picu. Bailey hasbeen in the hospital for over 4 months now.Her parents and 3 brothers are living in a hotel in Shreveport because there home is in Monroe la.If you could help this family in any way it would be a big help.
Bailey was diagnosed with Menkes syndrome in January of this year, sense then she is in a exsperimental study at NIH in Bethesda md. She's had a very hard battle with this disease, she's on 8 different seizure medications and her brain has began to shrink, so you can emagine the toll it has taken on her and her family. Bailey is at LSU shreveport where she has been for over 4 months now. Her family is staying in a hotel in Shreveport and they have three boys to take care of also.Let's show this family we care and support them. They have no income during this period.
