About this campaign

The Germantown High Chorale and Chamber Choirs are trying to raise funds to get to New York City where we will have the chance to work with world-class conductors and composers AND have the chance to perform at Carnegie Hall!

The Germantown High choirs were contacted by Choirs of America with an invitation to participate in the Nationals for Top Choirs in New York City in March of 2015. We will have the opportunity to work with André Thomas, world renown conductor and clinician, who will lead a mass choir concert on March 27 in Carnegie Hall. In connection with the performance, we will be part of a world premier performance of a newly commissioned piece by Ola Gjeilo and have a chance to meet and work with the composer! The trip is going to cost about $1400 per student, so any help would be appreciated!
