As Latino medical students, we are concerned of the high prevalence rate of diabetes in our communities and are determined to fight back diabetes!

The American Diabetes Association has an excellent initiative to raise awareness against diabetes. We want to contribute to this cause by letting everyone know the true numbers behind this chronic and devastating disease. 29 million!!
