About this campaign

We are trying to help our daughters earn money in an effort to compete in more National and potentially international fencing competitions!

If we reach our goal of 250 shirts sold, we will raise $4,300.00. Shirts will be delivered approximately 2 weeks after the close date.

Hi there,

We have two daughters who decided a couple of years ago that they wanted to start competing in the great and elegant sport of fencing!

They have had great success: Isabella placed 1st in the Division II Women's Epee in St. Louis, Missouri, in October, 2012, and Juliana placed 6th in the Y14 Women's Epee in Louisville, KY, in January 2013, and this Summer, placed 7th in the same event in Columbus, Ohio.

They have both been training hard and recently had the opportunity of attending a seminar with Michael Marx - a 5 time Olympian! Mr. Marx has spoken with both my husband and I and has told us that these two girls are very talented and that if they are going to have more success, they have to start competing at more National tournaments....also, once Isabella heals from her injury, she will be eligible to start competing internationally!

Which brings us to this website.....

Despite the fact that our girls fence, we are not a family of means....we have worked hard to get the girls to the competitions they have attended and now, we're asking for help - and are grateful for any help you can offer.
