About this campaign

Order shirts to wear on surgery days to help show your support! Post a photo on facebook with #EthanVEPTRstrong. As Ethan gets older, I think he would love to see all the supporters out there.

Ethan was born with congenital scoliosis, missing his left 4th rib and 4 abnormal ribs around the missing rib. He was diagnosed with Thoracic Insufficiency Syndrome at 6 months old. We travel from NM to Philadelphia and at 9 months old he had two VEPTR's (vertical expandible prosthetic titamium ribs) placed. His next surgery is scheduled for August 11th, we were lucky to be able to wait 9 months in between surgery, as they are normally every 4-6 months until he reaches skeletal maturity in his teens.
