Supporter's of Dylan Dainger - Heart Warrior

Dylan Dainger Snyder is a 3-year-old boy from Wisconsin, diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome when he was 4 days old. He had his 6th heart surgery in Boston on March 24th, 2015, and some complications lead to another surgery on April 10th to completely remove his colon. Dylan is now recovering in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Boston Children's Hospital. It is undetermined how much time Dylan and his mom will need to stay in Boston during and after recovery.

Dylan was referred to Boston Children's Hospital in 2012 after complications from his first 2 heart surgeries lead them with no further options at University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital in Minneapolis. This is the 5th trip to Boston for Dylan and his mom. Follow-up care will continue to be in Minneapolis, MN (an hour and a half drive, one-way, from where they live) after the family returns from Boston. 

Dylan's mom is a single parent and also has an 9-year-old boy at home. Funds raised will go to help Dylan's mom with ongoing medical and travel expenses not covered by insurance, and to relieve financial stress at home while away caring for her son. Thank you for your support, love,
