Please join for his 3rd Annual Walk on Saturday, September 19, 2015 @ Lincoln Financial Field ( Eagles Stadium )Start Time: 8 am &Luncheon to Follow hosted by Team Daulton! Daulton is our5 year old Son who was Diagnosed with Lymphoblastic Lymphoma (T Cell) On June 7, 2013 at age 3. Daulton's Cancer had relapsed in July of 2014which began an even bigger fight for his Life. In November 2014...This Amazing little Man went through Full Body radiation 2x a day to be followed up by a full bone marrow transplant. At the Heart ofa perfect stranger, aSelf-lessDonor and quote "PERFECT MATCH" ourDaulton has again achieved Remission.While were not out of the woods yet...he is really doing great! Daulton experienced much of Kindergarten in the comforts of home, but is super excited to begin 1st grade at his School. We still have the mostwonderful Family & Friends that keep fighting right along with us...There are angels above that we know watch over us everyday...We decided to Start Daulton a FB Page on his Courageous Journey to being Cancer Free! We are Very Blessed to have such Amazing Support & Love along the way! Please Support Not only Daulton but all Children & Familieswho continue to battle the everyday struggles ofCancer.
