CripTaeDo Self Defense and Fitness for the Disabled

Criptaedo is a non-profit organization who's mission is to educate the disabled community on independence fitness and self-defense.   I, Paul Brailer, the founder, have been studying Karate for over four years and became the first person born with a disability to earn a Black Belt from The Art of Karate, On February 16, 2013. I focus on health and fitness for adults & children who are living with physical disabilities. I also teach my methods in self-defense from a wheelchair or on crutches through my videos at www.criptaedo.com, as well as demonstrating these methods at the Abilities expos, which are events held around the nation to educate and encourage the disabled community in equipment, training, and and independence using various methods.
