She is licensed as a Motivational Speaker. She is dedicated to inspiring, encouraging and motivating others to be the best persons that they can be by providing information, referrals, understanding, empathy, support, encouragement, love and guidance to those who seek to better themselves. Michelle is a true Street Solider who always sees the best in others and what they can be and not as they appear to be. She maintains her own healthy alignment by followingher "Light Way Plan"and helping others as an "Up-Stepper". She is familiar with Trauma Informed Care andis truly a blessing and an asset to our communities.

The "Up Steppers" and Volunteers will assist these individuals in creatingtheir very ownpersonalized "Light Way" plans. The plan includes educatingand teachingpeoplehow to adopt good eating habits,getproper rest , become active in a healthy wayand howto make time to take time out of the day for quiet meditation and prayer. All 5 of these componets are necessary toachieve mind, body and soul alignmentand to be able to tap into and accessthe power of the Universe that lives inus. Once this is accomplishedthe personcanchannel this powertoaid themin overcomingmany of life's obstacles thatthis population faceeach day. The "Up Steppers" and Team Members will help the participants implement their plan of action and get past anychallenge that may present itself.They are dedicated to the mission of CBC1st and are willing to help anyone who asks for help.
