About this campaign

Chad Dailey, Associate Golf Professional at Bayside Resort, sustained a serious brain injury while conducting a children's golf clinic. After hospitalization and numerous tests, the doctors are still at a loss to determine the reason for Chad's continuing seizures and his prognosis is uncertain. For the foreseeable future, Chad is unable to work, drive or exert himself and this, along with the cost of medical care, has led to a difficult financial situation for Chad, his wife Carrie, and their two young children.

A native of Salisbury, Chad attended Epworth Christian School in Laurel, DE and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. A former Marine, Chad spent ten years in both city and state law enforcement, earning several commendations and two life-saving medals. Following his career in law enforcement, Chad returned to school to pursue his passion for golf, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree in PGA Golf Management and Hotel/Restaurant Management and earning his professional golfer credentials. Prior to coming to Bayside Resort Golf Club as Associate Golf Professional, Chad held positions at Montgomery Country Club, Ocean Pines Golf & Country Club, and The Bay Club. Chad has been married for fifteen years to his loving wife and fellow Kentucky Wildcats fan, Carrie. They are parents to ten year-old Colby and three year-old Chloe.
Both Chad and Carrie are very thankful for the community coming together to lend them support.
