Charlie Capalbo a senior at Fairfield Ludlowe High School in Connecticut, is the Varsity goalie on the Ice Hockey team. Charlie was recently diagnosed with Non Hodgkin's lymphoblastic lymphoma T-cell Stage-3 at Yale New Haven Hospital. Although curable, Charlie has an extremely long and difficult course of treatment ahead. The Treatment plan includes 32 months of chemotherapy​. For the first week, Charlie will be receiving chemotherapy daily. After that he will get treatments twice a week for 8.5 months, followed by once a week for a year and a half. 100% of all profits and donations from these shirts will go back to Charlie and his family.
On April 22, 2017 Ludlowe High School will play Greenwich High School in a Varsity Lacrosse game. This game will be dedicated to Charlie!

The term "CHECK-6" comes from a fighter pilot term where each pilot checks his wingman's 6:00 position (directly behind him) for the presence of danger. Basically meaning..."I've got your back!". The Check-6 Foundation is a non-profit foundation whose mission is to provide AID, ASSISTANCE, EXPERIENCES, HOPE, INSPIRATION, and PURPOSE to children battling serious illnesses and military veterans in need. Charlie is a true WARRIOR and we want him to know that "WE ARE THE WINGMEN THAT HAVE HIS BACK!" 100% of all money raised during this campaign will be donated to Charlie by the Check-6 Foundation.
