Cayla's medical expenses

cayla was born at 26 weeks she only had a 50 percent chance of leaving the NICU and she did but she has multiple health issues from being born so prematurely ...she has CP and also has a VP shunt which drains CSF fluid from her brain with out this shunt cayla would not be here with us ...she is also only 28lbs which is extremely small for a 4 yr old and she is not able to walk either (but with therapy that will come with time hopefully)...she is doing very well for a child who had very little chance of surviving ...we cherish everyday we have with cayla and are grateful to have her as our daughter...unfortunately having a child with special needs like cayla can cost quite a bit of money and we are reaching out to our community for help because it is just becoming super hard on us to be able to do it all with the frequent trips to duke medical center and all her equipment and needs so we are asking you all to become a part of cayla's crew and wear your shirt to show your support for cayla...thank you so much and if you are unable to buy a shirt please share her story and page as much as possible and all thought and prayer are greatly appreciated....jennifer and ronald chaplin
