Caroling Event

Calling all Singers! Wolcott will once again attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the “Most Door-2-Door Carolers.” The current record is held by Wakesha, Wiscosin Downtown Business Association, and prior to that was held by a charity group in Westport Connecticut. Let's bring the record back to Connecticut and put our area back on the world map. The caroling event is scheduled for 2pm on Saturday, December 3, 2016 (with a rain/snow date of Sunday, December 4, 2016.) The caroling route will stretch approximately one mile over streets located near Wakelee Elementary School, 12 Hempel Drive, Wolcott CT. The event is sure to be a fabulous holiday experience, as hosted by Mrs. Wolcott America 2016, Stacy Perrone-Petta, a long time resident and vocal teacher of SPP Vocal Studio. This second attempt, at breaking the record, will also serve to raise awareness and funds for local music and arts programs. People of all ages are welcome to join the fun. This is your chance to raise your voice and celebrate the Christmas season.
