About this campaign

All proceeds from shirt sales will be donated to HCMA in Honor of Caleb Logan LeBlanc.

The HCMA is the preeminent organization improving the lives of those with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, HCM, preventing untimely deaths and advancing global understanding. Founded in 1996 we are committed to providing support, education, advocacy and advancing research, understanding and care to those with HCM. This website will provide information, support options and member services.

Caleb Logan died from an undiagnosed heart condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Caleb, who is part of the YouTube-famous Bratayley family passed away in early October, 2015 at just 13 years old. The official Instagram profile for the Bratayleys posted a tribute to their son Tuesday that also shared Caleb's cause of death. Sharing a black-and-white photo of Caleb, the caption reads, "The doctor confirmed today that Caleb passed away from a heart condition called Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy that went undetected in his yearly checkups. Caleb didn't have any symptoms so the doctor said there was nothing we could have done differently."The girls' hearts were just recently checked and thankfully look the way they should right now. The sadness of losing someone you love is unimaginable," the caption continues. "Thank you to everyone who has reached out, your kindness and support continues to help our family.
