Brandywine Creek Farms started from a simple comment from Jonathan Lawler's son, Gabriel. "Dad, there is a kid at school who has to take groceries home from the food pantry because his family has no food." Jonathan lives and farms in a rural and very agricultural county in Central Indiana. From there Jonathan took a hard look at his community and the surrounding communities. He spoke to food bank directors and township trustees. Food Insecurity was real and happening. Fresh, local produce was one thing many of these food banks went without. Brandywine Creek Farms is dedicted to the donation of 500,000 lbs of produce this year. We are raising funds to meet the needs of this season and to be able to carry on in future growing seasons and eventually be completely self sustaining. We have an immediate need for funding. Not only will this mean so much to Brandywine Creek Farms, it will mean so much to the military veterans, at risk youth, and all others who work the farm for therapeutic healing. Most importantly, this will provide nutrititious, fresh, local product to those in need throughout Central Indiana.

The Home Farm 1 item + $10

In honor of my father who toiled to keep his family fed. The Home Farm was our family Dairy Farm. Unfortunately, It had to be sold due to falling milk prices and the recession. Patrick Charlebois, son of Eugene Charlebois Addison, Vermont
