Ben Jacobs received the lifesaving gift of a liver transplant on 6-2-17 because someone was a donor. We'd like to raise funds and awareness about the benefits of becoming an organ donor. Consider buying a Tshirt and wearing it all over the place to proudly support the cause that saved Ben's life!
