Ain't A Girl!

My name is Samuel Oliver Lyons. I was designated female at birth (FAAB) and I am definitely not female. I've attended therapy for many years to come to terms with this. Unfortunately, most healthcare providers don't recognize this as a genuine problem, and medication is usually not covered for transition. They also refuse to help with surgical procedures to correct issues that arise from having a body that doesn't match your gender. 

I'm trying to raise money to help my transition and if I can raise awareness of this issue, that is a true medical problem, that would be fantastic. I designed this shirt initially for myself to wear in the hopes that people would take it to heart. I hope that even if I don't reach my shirt goal, that this campaign will bring to light the struggles trans people face.
