Epilepsy Awareness for Anaya Jae

Anaya Jae has been in the fight against epilepsy since October 2014. She has a mutation of the SCN1A gene that predisposes her to seizure disorders. She is currently manifesting Infantile Spasms and has Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) dependent seizures. She may outgrow these and live a seizure-free life. She may not. The medications and supplements she currently takes have controlled the seizures in the last few months. Since January 2nd, 2015 she has had one seizure. This is simply an answer to prayer. God is moving in her life. The military relocated us to the Seattle Tacoma area and we have been blessed to have medical teams in two different hospitals that are devoted to her care and our family. Her doctors, nurses, and EEG technicians are clearly answers to our prayers.
