The American Muslims for Palestine are a Hamas support network that wants to come to
schools and train "activists". They are part of the U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations which has
been called the Muslim Brotherhood's political party. A public discussion needs
to begin about how a group such as this can have access to bus ads, but the
American Freedom Defense Initiative can not.
The American Freedom Defense Initiative is a human rights
group dedicated to freedom of speech, freedom of conscience, and individual
rights under the law.
Specifically, the AFDI seeks to counter the lies of the
American Muslims for Palestine's bus ads. While it is true that America gives
considerable foreign aid to Israel, the US also receives a return on the
investment in Israel in the form of partial ownership in the technological

There is no return for America's investment in Palestine.
The American Muslims for Palestine is a Hamas support group,
and includes names among its leadership and speaker list such as:
Jamal Said, the imam of the notorious Bridgeview Mosque.
Imam Said is also an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation
trial.
Hatem Bazian, is a radical Berkley professor who has called
for an Intifada in this country, and is the leader of Students for Justice in
Palestine.
Rafiq Jabber, is a co founder of CAIR the acknowledged Hamas
lobby in this country.
Norman Finklestine, the rabid anti-Israel polemicist, and
Holocaust minimizer.
The AMP is active on college campuses, and has openly
defended the Students for Justice in Palestine while acknowledging accusations
SVP's support for Hamas.
The AMP has joined with the U.S. Muslim Council of
Organizations, an umbrella group of Muslim Brotherhood, and Muslim racist
groups to form a political party.
There needs to be a public discussion of what the AMP is,
who its members are, and what their message, and purpose is. The American Freedom
Defense Initiative is prepared to start this discuss with their bus ads.
