About this campaign

Adalyn Grace Brooks was born on January 12, 2015 in Lake Charles, LA. She was born with both ventricular & atrial septal defects (VSD & ASD) and will be having heart surgery in New Orleans the week of April 20, 2015. All funds donated will help with expenses and lost wages while there. Thank you in advance for your help & please continue to pray for our sweet girl.
