Mother's Day - V-neck

As we approach Mother's Day, we understand that for Childhood Cancer Moms this day has a unique meaning and presents an entirely different set of challenges. Our Moms are often celebrating Mother's Day, bedside, in a hospital, doing all they can to keep their little ones comfortable. They may be far away from home, where their other children have to share their Mother's Day wishes over the phone. Some Mothers are approaching this day with exceptional grief and sadness, visiting a grave or memorial that stands now as a symbol of how cancer took their child away too soon. Then there are the Mothers that have found an entirely new meaning to this day and know how precious the time is with their child who has survived.

ACCO understands how this day feels for many Moms and wants to recognize their sacrifice with our first Childhood Cancer Moer's Dy shirt. On the front is the Daffodil and Gold Ribbon, which are both symbols of childhood cancer, and on the back is a saying that represents the heart and sacrifice of a Mother who has faced or is facing childhood cancer.

We are also running this campaign to help with the recent success of our Medical Play Kit announcement that far exceeded our expectations. We are in need of covering the additional costs to get these orders processed and shipped to the kids and families who need them sooner than later. The Medical Play Kits are one of our many free resources offered free to children who are currently in treatment for childhood cancer, which is where the proceeds of this campaign will go.
