Leo's Surgery Fundraiser!

I am in desperate need of this surgery, but being a college student I cannot afford the surgery. My insurance will not cover any part of the surgery, so my total bill will be around $7,000 not including travel to the surgeon and not being able to work for a few weeks after. This surgery is the difference between me living my life to the fullest or being a shut-in for the majority of my life.
I enabled the donation portion, in case you do not like the t-shirt and want to support me, or if you cannot afford $20 for the t-shirt and shipping. Any help I can get for this is amazing, and I cannot thank people enough!

Anyone ordering from Canada, please use this link! That is your order form! I will tell you in advance, it takes a couple of extra days to order if you're getting it shipped to Canada, and from my friend's experience it is $30 (CAD)total for the shirt and shipping. I completely understand if this extra cost prevents any lovely Canadians from buying a shirt, and those of you who do it means that much more to me that you are supporting me!
