The Addicted to Yoga t-shirt was created to promote my love of Yoga. Showcase your love to friends and family while promoting: positive health, balance and healing benefits. Yoga is a form of exercise that applies to people from all walks of life. It's never too late to begin practicing yoga!

People often ask me, "Where do you get your energy from? How do you survive without drinking coffee or energy drinks?" My reply is, "my source of energy is life, yoga, exercise, fitness (Crossfit) and good eating habits.
