We need to raise funds to help sustain our Community Cares Program; which provides rent, utility assistance, toiletry care packages and other referrals to families in need. Please show your support by purchasing this beautiful t-shirt for $20. All funds raised will go directly to the Community Cares Program.
http://www.unityoflife.org/ According to the 2013 LAHSA survey, there were over 57,000 homeless individuals and families in Los Angeles County alone. It saddens me to know there are families struggling to maintain the basic necessities of life. My name is Devona E. Chiles, Founder and President of the Unity of Life Foundation, Inc. This organization was founded in 2007 to prevent and eliminate homelessness in the community. We provide assistance to homeless and low to moderate income individuals and families. Since 2007 we have helped over 100 families with rent, utilities, toiletries (pictured above), food and referrals.

I support the campaign because I know first hand what it's like to be homeless and to need help. Good helpers are hard to find.
The man, woman, child we see standing on the corner everyday or living in a shelter could easily be us or someone we know. I'm happy to support Devona & Unity of Life in bringing them closer to achieving their mission.
Because I always put myself in other people shoes! If I was Homeless Id want Help!!
