About this campaign
Ethan was diagnosed on January 25th, 2014 with Intermediate T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. His treatment includes 3.5 years of intense chemotherapy and some radiation, with the most intense treatment taking place during the first 8 months.
As a part of Team Ethan you are running this marathon with Ethan and all of us, through your prayers, encouragement and support - cheering him on as he overcomes each obstacle and takes each step toward the goal of his cancer being gone for good.
Funds raised through this T-Shirt campaign will help to cover financial costs incurred due to Ethan's illness.
Ethan is one of the most exuberant, delightful joy-filled kids you will ever meet. On January 25th, 2014, at 3 1/2 years old, Ethan was diagnosed with Intermediate T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and immediately began a 3.5 year treatment program that includes intense chemotherapy and some radiation.
A few months before Ethan's diagnosis he was memorizing Psalm 16:8 with his daddy, and we can see now how God was starting to prepare our hearts even then, for the battle ahead.
"I have set the Lord always before me, because he is at my right hand. I will not be shaken. " (Psalm 16:8)
This has become our theme verse that God is using to strengthen our hearts as we take each day as it comes. Ethan continues to have the same joy-filled exuberance despite all the challenges of chemo and hospitals and all that cancer entails.
