Team Liam

My name is Liam. I am 29 years old and I was born female. From a very young age, I knew that I wasn't meant to be the little girl everyone saw. I wanted to be a boy so badly I begged my parents to let me play the boys sports. They did, but reminded me that I was a little girl. Finally, at the age of 26, I came out to a handful of close friends that I wanted to become a man. After 3 years of putting my transition on hold, I finally got the kick in the pants I needed to get myself in gear. My top surgery will cost me close to or just over $8,000 by the time I pay for the surgery, the anesthesiologist, the facilities, and the antibiotics and pain medicines. I'm hoping to raise at least 1/2 of the money though fundraisers while working mountains of overtime to get the other 1/2. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
