About this campaign

please consider buying a t-shirt to support thisfamily withtheir travel expenses to and from children's hospital of Pittsburgh. The money raised by this campaign goes directly for these expenses.

Elizabeth is going to be 16 years old April 29th and she weighs 61 pounds and is slightly over 4 feet tall. She has a med port because she has severe electrolyte issues and suffers from a rare syndrome called Kabuki Syndrome and it is starting to takes it toll on her body. She just recently spent a week in the PICU wherethey fought diligently to keep her lungs strong and the staff infection that her body has, under control. They have been traveling from Erie to Pittsburgh, several times a week to be there and support her and it is depleting whatever money they have saved up as well as losing from missed employment. Elizabethmay need her port removed to stop the infection and also needs a boost to her immune system to help fight this after she is released from the hospital. She is a very kind, sweet, loving little girl and sincerely touches anyone she meets. Her family couldreally use your support in helpingin continuing to be there for her. When Elizabeth is discharged, the amount of trips for follow up care,is staggering and the continued support will be greatly appreciated.
