About this campaign

Curtis Holman has been blind since birth. He has maintained much of his mobility and independence despite many struggles. However, he still requires assistance, with things that you and I take for granted every day such as reading a menu in a restaurant, Reading street signs, and reading instructions on food packages. He has never been able to read a newspaper or a text book. This could all change however, with the help of a new invention called orcam. This device is very new and also very expensive, we need your help!

With the help of this or cam device, Curtis would be able to read his text books, order alone at restaurants, and go grocery shopping alone for the first time. The device will also greatly help him with mobility, because now he will be able to see for himself street signs, signs on buildings, and even restroom signs.
