About this campaign

S.O.C, Inc is a nonprofit organization that provides education workshops, information and referral services, and mentor programs to vulnerable populations in the inner city.

Saving Our Community was founded in 2014 as a way to empower communities. The idea is that when you have knowledge you become an advocate for others. S.O.C is determined to educate communities because knowledge is power.

Saving Our Community provides services to vulnerable populations. These groups experience a higher risk of poverty and social exclusion than the general population. They often face difficulties that can lead to further social exclusion, such as low levels of education and unemployment or underemployment. Our goal is to bridge the opportunity gap by encouraging individuals to pursue higher education and addressing barriers.
