About this campaign

Samuel Hagan Sr. was diganosed with a mass ( cancer) of the brain and as a result had surgery to have it removed. Next he will start chemo and radiation. He will be off work and will need help with his copay and treatment related expenses for at least the next 3 months.

Samuel Hagan Sr. was diganosed with a mass ( cancer) of the brain and as a result had surgery to have it removed. Next he will start chemo and radiation. He will be off work and will need help with his copay and treatment related expenses for at least the next 3 months. He does have insurance but he will be responsible for all copays and deductibles. All procedes will go to cover any out of pocket costs related to his treatment.
