About this campaign

The Iron Kodiaks need your help to fund our second season of the First Robotics Competition! With your contributions, we can buy more parts, make a better robot, and score higher in the nationwide challenge.
For more information about the Iron Kodiaks, please visit our website:
www.team5137.com

The Iron Kodiaks were founded in September 2013 by five students, one teacher, and four parents. The current President, Neelofer Shaik, conceived the team with previous experience with FRC in the 2011 season as a member of the FIRST team at High Tech High North County in San Marcos, California. The Iron Kodiaks wish to develop students who are dedicated to pursuing a rigorous academic college experience; particularly those strong in math, science and engineering. Through support from both Mission Hills High School and parents, the members of the Iron Kodiaks are pushed towards rewarding and demanding careers. The students are then inspired to continue the mission and spread this inspiration to younger students, so that they may experience even greater motivation and academic opportunities.
The money will be put into our team's GBEF account, run by our parent boosters.
