Pink Lady Project

My Aunt Brenda was 62 years old when she lost her second battle with Breast Cancer. She was mentally and physically handicapped since she was 18 months old and had to be cared for all of her life. She was diagnosed in 2004 with Breast Cancer and was given hormone blockers to fight it. She was told a couple of years later that she was cancer free and taken off of the blockers. She was diagnosed again in 2012 and her body was immune to the blockers this time. Chemo and Radiation would not help her. She lost her battle on March 16, 2013. I have been trying to find a way to celebrate her life. She was one that everyone loved and she loved everyone in return. She never understood hate and stress. She only knew how to be happy and love. I want to share that with as many people as possible. My goal is to get this project started where I get goodies together for Breast Cancer patients to pamper them during their treatments. They will get a tumbler filled with nail polish, nail file, small lotion, pink ribbon lapel pin and anything else I can fit in there for them. This is my Aunt Brenda and my reason for the Pink Lady Project.
