Meyer first became interested in being an actor at age 10. He would watch television shows, memorize the character's lines, and attempt to convince his parents to help him pursue his dream. Easily dismissed as the passing fancy of a 10 year old boy, Meyer’s interest in acting only intensified. On his 12th birthday, he asked that his parents help him find a way to become an actor. Shortly thereafter, Meyer was entered into a Las Vegas acting contest where he performed a monologue in front of industry professionals for the very first time. The results were immediate--he was signed to a talent agency and his career pursuit had officially begun.

While his early professional opportunities were limited to commercials and movie trailers, Meyer had begun a serious study of the craft of acting, taking lessons from three different coaches, as well as participating in improv classes.

Shortly thereafter, Meyer began booking legitimate acting jobs including a role a short film, "SHORTAGE.” After booking a small role on "DOG WITH A BLOG", he ended up being written into a total of 7 episodes. Now on the Disney radar for more than a movie trailer, Meyer was tapped to audition for a part of the "GIRL MEETS WORLD" cast as a series regular. After an extremely grueling and exhaustive process that included five callback auditions, he landed the role; an affirmation that a 10 year old boy is not too young to have dreams and aspirations...and that no matter how young you are, if you are willing to work hard for something that you really want, it's attainable.

About the Be Good to Each Other campaign

This is the fourth year of the CustomInk Be Good to Each Other campaign.  Over the years, with the help of our celebrity partners, the media and you, CustomInk has raised nearly $60,000 for bullying prevention efforts. The power of t-shirts goes beyond the funds raised - thousands of people continue to wear the shirts they've purchased and support bullying prevention.
