Southern Pines is excited to begin new programs to create adoption and TNRopportunities for barn cats, feral cats, and community cats. Unfortunately, saving more lives than ever before comes at a greater monetary cost, and we depend on donations and fundraising efforts to make these programs a reality. This fun Mardi Gras design will help us in our mission to save more cats than ever before, and is guaranteed to make parade-goers giggle!
