About this campaign

Roswell KAPS endeavors to expand cultural literacy to all Roswell area youth, to encourage youth to be nurtured by the arts, and to assist youth to be initiated into arts programs.

In 2007 a group of individuals from Roswell First Presbyterian Church decided to begin providing performing arts classes to area youth. They started with a youth choir, orchestra and theatre group. They also brought in Missoula Children's Theatreand the Santa Fe Opera as summer camps.

KAPS has future plans to have classes in many different areas of the arts, including: dance, ceramics, photography, painting, drawing, theatre, musical performance, etc. We hope that you will help us in our future plans by supporting our programs.
