Critter Meadows Organic Family Farm Recovery Project

My parents, Dan & Merri Paquin, have worked & sacrificed over many years in order to purchase a herd or cows 25 years agoand finally 7 years ago after renting for many years we were able to purchase a farm. In the early morning hours of March 17th a malfunctioning furnace caused a fire that leveled the barn and cost 121 animals their lives, we lost cows/calves/heifers, a horse, bunnies, ducks, chickens, sheep, & goats. We have since lost 8 of the cows that were saved to complications of smoke inhalation & being hosed down in below zero temps. Purchasing a shirt is a great way to show your support of two amazing people who are the first to give, even when they don't always have it to give. It's also a great way to support the continuation of small family run farms which are rapidly disappearing (we have less than 900 left here in VT).
