Help them Cope a little easier with Diabetes

My story story starts with my mother who had the disease and what she went through she recently lost her life with complications due from Diabetes. She had an accident one day and slipped and broke her ankle in two places. She spent her remaining years going through severe pain to the point to where it was unbearable to her i use to see her in her room sometimes crying that she didn't want to live anymore. It brought me to my knees in tears and hurt me so badly and her being without insurance only worsened the problem then one day coming from the doctor she had a heart attack and died in my arms i never ever want that to happen to anyone ever so i devoted myself in aiding the cause and do whatever i can to help people cope with the disease and i need your help.
