Cassie's Ghana Orphanage Mission 2014-2015 Original Art

She fell completely in love with the children and the culture and knew almost immediately that she would be returning as a long term volunteer. The money raised through this and other fundraisers this summer will go towards her airfare, travel insurance, travel visa, Ghana resident card, room fee, food and phonewhich we estimate to be about $6,000.

Once Cassie reaches her personal needs she willcontinue raisingadditional funds for the Becky's Home Building Project which is estimated to be $45,000. This project will allow the staff and 42 children to move from their 2room rented home with no kitchen or bathrooms, into a custom built home that will bettermeet their needs.They have already raised enough money to purchase a piece of land and have laid the concrete foundations. Other volunteers are working on building a website with more information on the Becky's Home project.

There is no limit to the number of T-shirts we can sell in the fundraiser but we must reach a minimum of 20 for Booster to print them. We wanted to keep the price per shirt as low as possible so that you are able to afford to buy more than one :-) You may also make an additional donation when you purchase your shirt if you feel led to do so.
