About this campaign

You're standing in line. A Veteran approaches. They read your shirt. Now, imagine thefeelings of Respect, Recognition andHonor they would feel.

It's printed on both sides with honor statements causing Veterans to feel a huge boost when you walk by! You will surprise them with awesome recognition if you join our Veteran Tribute - Flash Mob! Brighten their day! (Remember - random acts of kindness spreads a loooong way)

Purpose: This campaign has two purposes. The first is that I am so proud of our veterans, that I want to shout it from the top of the mountains!!! I think this shirt is a much better idea than just one voice. This will be a large cheer from a group of awesome people to get the point across to our veterans how much we appreciate what they've done for us and to give them great feelings of accomplishment, honor and recognition. BE AWESOME!

We've received so many letters back from our hard working veterans to let us know how much they appreciate the thoughts and gifts from back home. I believe it raises their spirits and their hopes. Sometimes hope is everything. I want to spread feelings of recognition and honor to our Veterans here living at home in the United States as well. This shirt should help accomplish this goal. I know that when they see this on you, they will have a better day. It's just nice to be appreciated.

So, the second purpose is to help re-purchase inventory for Brass Peace Inc. Over 3200 red brass coins were stolen; we started with 5000, and already sent over 1000 to our U.S military personnel working overseas. My wife and I design and manufacture 'Thinking of You' coin gifts for veterans and the public to enjoy.

The primary rule of the company is that one coin has to be sent to a veteran overseas or a hospitalized veteran stateside at no cost to them before Brass Peace can sell another coin to someone from the public. No exceptions!!! I stand firm on this in the knowledge that our veterans never give up fighting for us. My Dad never gave up in the 31 missions he flew for us in WWII. So I won't give up either.

I want to start a program so the public can write notes for free to send with our coins. This personalizes the gifts in a priceless way for the veteran. I designed a plan for collecting letters in batches of 1000, but I can’t start this without enough inventory.

Why is the shirt red? Oh, that's easy... ever heard of R.E.D. Friday? Yeah, that's the day you wear this. Every Friday in honor of our veterans that are deployed. (Remember Everyone D_eployed)

So, when you're out with your new shirt, remember, the more veterans that see it, the less it costs for you to make those great feelings and smiles happen. If 250 veterans see you in this shirt during the course of a year, it has effectively only cost you 10 cents per great feeling! That is an average of only 5 veterans a week. Easily done. Just walk through a mall and 50 will see you!

Now, get your shirt, (definitely before Veterans Day) go out and make it cost less than a penny per smile! BE AWESOME! BE THE FLASH MOB!

Thank you,
