Blaire's Study Abroad Trip

Blaire, a rising Senior in the Fordham/Ailey BFA Dance program, needs $6000 in two weeks to study abroad this summer in Ghana, West Africa.

Studying dance in her native Atlanta from the age of three, this exemplary APS graduate has gone on to positively meld her love of the art form with her dedication to educational achievement and public service.  Sponsored by CIEE, Blaire will uniquely study politics, religion, community building and dance all while earning academic credit.  Her plan is to take the skills acquired from this experience and use them to positively impact overlooked and at-risk populations within the American communities that made the trip and, by extension, her overall education possible.  Here's where you come in.

Buy a limited-edition shirt featuring one of her beautiful dance poses.  Get a friend to do the same. And another.  And another.  In a few years, Blaire will be a celebrated performer/scholar and you'll have a shirt that not only shows you're the height of fashion consciousness, but proves you supported her climb to the top.  It's a win/win situation!
