Barry Snyder Fundraiser

Please consider purchasing a t-shirt to honor and help support our Uncle Barry (UB).  Hard to put in words what an amazing person our Uncle Barry is - a son, husband, father, brother, pops, uncle, and great uncle.  Well a few short months ago, UB was dealt with some pretty tough cards.  He has been diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis and lung cancer.  A double punch that is not going to be an easy road to travel.  UB just finished up his first course of chemotherapy treatment.  They want to tackle the cancer before moving on to the fibrosis.  He is being treated at Duke (Duke Pulmonary) and receiving great care but it is rare to have both of these conditions.  Not to mention that he lives almost 3 hours from Duke.  They have approved two new drugs for the fibrosis however they could be a couple thousand dollars a month!  Needless to say, the expenses of all that he is enduring is overwhelming.  UB has an amazing support system - my aunt, my cousins and his grandchildren.  However, you can only imagine how hard this is on all of them too!  We love this man and this whole family - we want them to know that we are all rallying behind him - he is fighting this fight but he isn't alone!  He has an entire "village" of people behind him!  UB is 66 years young and has a whole lot of life left to live!
