About this campaign

The Anti-Bullying Committeewill be hosting Unity Day on October 22nd at DeKalb High School. To celebrate, we will be having an orange out to show we are united against bullying. You can show your support by purchasing a Barons Unite shirt. Funds will be used to pay for future bullying prevention events and activities.

The Anti-Bullying Committee (ABC) was started in 2013 by an eager group of students who wanted to make a positive impact on DeKalb High School. These students have focused their energy into creating monthly meetings centered around our Baron Beliefs oftrust, respect, responsibility, and integrity. This year the ABC groupwill be hosting Unity Day on October 22nd at DeKalb High School. Unity Day is a National Event in which schools, communities, and organizations wear orange to show they are united against bullying.Students and staff are encouraged to wear orange, the national color for bullying prevention, to show they are taking a stand against bullying at their school. By purchasing an orange Barons Unite shirt you are not only showing support for bullying prevention efforts, but you are also helping our ABC group raise funds so that they can host more events that foster our Baron Beliefs and provide incentives for those that are doing the right thing.
